Temporarily on hold. Stay tuned for next session dates. Tuesdays 6:15-7:15 pm $145 for session or $20 per drop-in Class size is limited to 9 participants with current Covid regulations. Only space for drop-ins if session is not full and drop-ins must pre-book with instructor. Breath & Flow Class Description: Vinyasa flow encourages tuning into the breath to initiate and guide fluid movement from posture to posture. The major muscle groups are targeted to provide a full-body experience to strengthen, tone, ease tension and develop mindfulness. Time is given for restorative sequencing towards the end of the class. Attention is given to postural alignment throughout the class and modifications are offered to allow students to access the class from their own place of comfort. An intention/theme is set to anchor each practice. I hope that this offering creates new space for you in mind, body, soul and heart and gives you the opportunity to switch gears from "the doing" into "the feeling"; into being and body. I strive to leave you with something that resonates with you to take off of your mat and into your daily life with a new sense of aliveness, intention, grounding and connection to your breath and stillness. Ashley’s classes are accompanied with music Welcome to all levels, including beginners Covid-19 Studio Precautions: Class size is limited to 9 persons for the session following covid-19 regulations.
